GPS Enrichment programs are committed to providing area students the best in after school enrichment. We know you have a choice when it comes to your child’s after school activities, and we appreciate that you have chosen GPS Enrichment. We are committed to providing quality programs and activities for all area students.
 
GPS Summer Enrichment programs are now open for registration! Don't miss out on the many exciting enrichment opportunities taking place at Sonoma Ranch as well as additional enrichment camps taking place at various locations throughout the District. To register for classes at Sonoma Ranch login to your online account. If you do not have an online account select the blue "New Account" button below.

PLEASE NOTE
: If you have already registered for either GPS Enrichment, VIK, or the Kindercamp Program, please submit your registration for additional class/classes through your existing account, using your username and password.
 
Once logged in, click the REGISTRATION tab to register for a class. If you have any questions please call the Community Education Office at 480-892-9089 x100 during regular business hours.
Should you have questions or require assistance during the registration process, please contact 480-373-5569 to speak with the Program Supervisor. 
 
For those families without computer access
 
Community Partnerships has computer terminals available at our office located at 6839 E. Guadalupe Rd. in Mesa.
 
 
Policies and Procedures
    • -No refunds will be issued after the first class.

      -If a class is canceled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified by email two days prior to the start date of the class.

      -Community Partnerships reserves the right to cancel and/or combine classes, change rooms, or change instructors as needed due to low enrollment.

      -Cancellations made by the Community Partnerships Department will be fully refunded, except if paid using tax credit. If Community Partnerships cancels a class, your tax credit will be automatically credited to your family account. Tax Credit may applied to another GPS Enrichment program, VIK, or reverted back to your child’s home school.

      -If you wish to withdraw your child from a GPS Enrichment program, you must notify the Community Partnerships office in writing, by fax (480) 892-8775, or by email at nathan.paquet@gilbertschools.net, at least two business days prior to the start date.

      -Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment received if possible. 

      -If a child presents a danger to themselves or others, inhibits the instructional process or is otherwise unable to receive a benefit from a class, the Program Supervisor in conjunction with the Vendor will work with parents on appropriate consequences up to and including being dis-enrolled from the program.

      -Students that are picked up late are subject to a late fee of $1 per minute, per child. Late fees will begin to accrue one minute after the posted class end time.

      -Scholarship assistance may be available. Please contact the Program Supervisor for details.  

      -Snacks are not permitted during enrichment programs
